REQUIREMENTS


PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE

RETURNED PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT MEET OUR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER


- A return or exchange must be requested within 7 days from the delivered date.

- Products must be returned to us unused with the original tags still attached.

- Products must be not damaged including packages, labels, dust bags and boxes.

- Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of their material. (Such as socks, beanie, etc)


INSTRUCTIONS


1. Log on to your account, visit My page - Order history.

2. Choose an order to return or exchange, submit your request.

3. Our customer service team will review your request and will reply back to your email.

4. After receiving our reply and approval, please ship the products within 3 days.

5. You may use a shipping company of your choice, note that your choice of return service will have an effect on how quickly we receive your order back.

6. Please ship your product to the below address:

7. Once we receive your returned products, we will inspect and your order status will be update.

8. For returns and exchanges to be processed, customers must cover any tax and duty incurred from receiving the product.

Otherwise, such costs will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
